As Discodromo’s Giovanni revealed in his Expatriarch interview last year, CockTail d’Amore is expanding – the popular Berlin party series hosted by the Italian duo and Berghain resident DJ Boris is now a record label. The first release, a four-track 12″ EP, is set for release on February 16th and features Hard Ton (remixed by Massimiliano Pagliara, whose own debut album is coming this spring), IchiSan, Miss Plug Inn (remixed by Bottin) and José Manuel (remixed by Discodromo). This thing is the rightful heir to Alexander Robotnick’s classic 1985 “Fuzz Dance” compilation and a very promising first step from this new label. You can preview the whole thing here:
