Michael Kampe was born in Hamburg and since 2007 is a student of the Royal Academy in Antwerp, Belgium. In the fashion section of this year’s International Talent Support event that took place in Triest in July Kampe was the winner of the Diesel Award. The collection he presented at the show is based on the “exploded view drawings” used by technicians and engineers to shos how different parts of an object relate to each other.
