Take Me Down (VI): Sud273′s Flickr Photostream
The following pictures are shot by a guy who’s flickr-profile is called “sud273” and who’s purpose in life seems to be travelling around and photographing wrestling fights and fighters all over the world. The funny thing about his pictures: they’re good, even compared to the ones of a professional photographer like Josh McNey, who’s “wrestling project” pictures I recommended last week. Seems like this is a kind of aesthetical voyeurism everybody can live with, even the guys themselves.
Moop Jaw: Another Recommended Website
Moop Jaw is a group of four video directors that are breathing new life into a genre that’s already been declared dead a lot of times: the music video. Here’s the latest video by Moop Jaw members Rhett Wade-Ferrell & Warran Wright directed for Kitsune Act BENI which features Sam Sparrow. I really like it. I found it on BIGSTEREO. Hypnotic Tunes
Here’s the link to a nice little music gadget called ToneMatrix the guys from OMG blog fell in love with. It’s a very simple but effective tool that’s a lot of fun to play around with. It’s even become so sucessful that people are posting the little songs and patterns they have composed (or better: “painted”) with it on Youtube as you see below. You’ll find more of these little programs to play around with on ToneMarix-inventer André Michelles “laboratory”. And if you like it more spheric and handy I can recommend the FM3 Buddah Machine to you, a nice little machine that plays different sets of hypnotic tunes.

Permission Denied
Seems like Blogger is selectivly blocking gay sites with explicit content at the moment. As the german website queer.de points out around popular 40 gay blogs have been temporarily shut down without any comments to their owners – no matter if they had explicit-content-warnings or not. The users are put off with the statement, the blogs were “under review” due to possible violations against Bloggers Terms of Service (as you can see here and here). I only found a German article about the whole thing, so if you know a good English speaking source that’s got more information about it it would be great if you could post it here!
