XPosed: Save The Date
Below you find the trailer of a queer short film festival called Xposed which takes place in Berlin on June 25th, two days before the CSD parade and it’s more exciting alternative, the “Transgenialer CSD“. This year the festival shows movies by and about queer people from Turkey, you find the full programm here. For everyone who’s searching for something more radical queer and d.i.y. oriented the “Entzaubert” festival that is taking place at Schwarzer Kanal next weekend could the right thing to visit. Lucha Libre Impressions
This is a gallery of my favourite internet pictures of mexican wrestlers. A lot of them I found on this webpage by accident and the guys with their colorful masks and funny superhero costumes impressed me so much that I kept googleing “Lucha Libre”, the spanish word for “Free Wrestling” and started to collect loads of other great pictures. I think I found a new hobby. Which mask/costume do you like the most?

Okay, I admit it, the “Is-Bat-For-Lashes-The-New-Enya”-Poll that was posted here before was kind of lame. To make it up to you guys I found something or rather someone really interesting on Planet Tampon: an singer called Jonte. Because I don’t know him yet I just quote here what his Myspace-websits tells us about him: “By bringing shock and drama but ultimately entertainment to the music industry, Jonte promises to be one of the edgiest performers to come along. Esser: Sexy Trash Can
Here’s a nice little video for electro-pop-singer Esser’s new song “I love you”. I must admit that I’m a little bit more attracted to the guy himself with his rock’n roll haircut and his accent than to his music, but at least this song is quite acceptable, don’t you think? Bruce La Bruce/ Francois Sagat: Sexy Massacre
Francois Sagat is into horror these days. He recently played a small speaking role as a drug addict in “Saw VI” (no joke) which is going to be released in October and since yesterday you find a long row of pictures of him on his blog playing a zombie in a Bruce La Bruce performance. It was shown in the context of the opening of Bruces his new exhibition at Peres Projects (L.A.) called “Untiteled Hardcore Zombie Project”. You find the pictures here. Looks like they had fun. (UPDATE: For anbody who’s not really into this whole zombie thing and who rather wants to see Mr. Sagat posing in David Mason’s spandax gear in the sun of L.A. while undressing from time to time mabye his website is the better choice today.)
